Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Member,


As you all be well aware by now, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is developing all over the world at a very fast pace.

The safety and well-being of our staff, members and guests is and always has been, our top priority. I wish to reassure you that at Royal Mougins we are strictly adhering to government advice and are adhering to all instructions issued by the World Health Organization. We are monitoring the situation closely and are ensuring that the necessary changes are made with immediate effect.

In view of the latest decisions by the French government we will keep you informed about the impact on Royal Mougins and the availability of its staff.

Staff are kept up to date daily on the current situation; we have strongly requested ever since the beginning of the outbreak that they do not travel to any infected countries at all for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, any staff presenting with any symptoms at all, are being sent into self-isolation until they have been tested and cleared. To date, we have not been affected.

To this end, we also kindly request the support of our members and their guests, asking that if you are showing any symptoms, i.e. fever, cough or breathing difficulties, or have returned from any of the government listed high risk areas, to please refrain from visiting our Club and self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days.

Within the Club itself, whilst cleanliness and hygiene has always been a top priority, we have significantly increased daily cleaning and introduced a disinfecting regime, with huge thanks to our dedicated Housekeeping team.
